LEVEL 1 BUNGEE
INTRO TO BUNGEE:
This basic intro class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, burpees, and even fly! Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and Bungee terminology. New to working out? No problem. We will make sure to help you build up your endurance and offer modifications if needed. This class will get your heart rate up, all while having fun. During this class, we will learn the basic routines to get you ready for level 2.
