LEVEL 2 BUNGEE CLASSES
This class is only IF you have taken Intro to Bungee. Level 2 is the next step up from our intro class, as it increases skillsets and cardio for those ready to take on more routines. Build on your basics and learn more flies as we challenge you towards learning more advanced skills. We will be doing repetitive techniques and mixed dance routines to get you ready for Level 3!
Once you have taken level one and feel comfortable and confident using your bungee, you are eligible for bootcamp classes. These classes are designed to use your beginning bungee skills combined with mat exercises and some weight training to give you a harder workout.
